Go beyond your limits in this challenging, military-inspired training session. Using innovative equipment and hard-core exercises to work cardio, strength to kick that post fat burning system into overdrive. It uniquely creates a supportive and collaborative team effort approach, learning that when working, as a team is always better than pushing alone. Surprise yourself in how tough you can be.

CIRCUIT55

Classically structured circuit training with exercise stations and short sharp rounds. Reps and sets are repeated to create a high density and efficient session working a cardio and strength combination for a full body-conditioning workout. With so much to do and no time to think, it's fast paced and lots of fun.

HITT55

High Intensity Interval Training is not for the faint hearted. An advanced class designed to test your limits and take you out of your comfort zone for short and very intense periods using big compound and high impact movements. Ensuring a superior fat burn and muscle tone effect long after the session is over. Base fitness is required for this class.

Mindfulness, stillness and calmness are vital pieces of the puzzle to keep you both mentally and physically healthy. Our selection of classes will assist you in finding flexibility, balance, openness and serenity in a world that can often get far too busy. HATHA

An alignment-oriented practice which emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. ... This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

VINYASA

A flowing, dynamic yoga practice connecting movement of the body with the breath, cultivating presence and well-being. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breath work). This style of class will allow you to explore physical, mental and emotional strength on a holistic and mindful manner.

IN-TRINITY®

In-Trinity® is a practice that accesses the development of the mind & body through movement. This practice builds strength, deepens flexibility and improves balance, coordination and agility. Stretch - Breathe - Meditate is designed to release physical and emotional tension from the body. By stretching each and every muscle whilst connecting the body and mind breathing techniques you will leave feeling lighter and more open than ever. A short meditation for clarity and serenity of mind will close each class.

RESTORATIVE

A floor based practice it is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Props and a complete surrender of body and mind assist in helping you to hold poses for longer to encourage an incredible openness and improvement in your flexibility. The perfect way to end a busy day.

MEDITATION

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, breath or movement. Attention itself is utilized in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.
